Chhaap delivers to 18,000+ pin codes across India via express courier partners. We operate from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Production & Delivery Timeline

After your artwork is approved and production payment is confirmed, the standard timeline is:

Production: 3–5 business days (depending on product, quantity and print complexity)
Express delivery: 1–3 business days to most cities
Total: Typically 4–7 business days from production start to delivery

We recommend ordering 3–4 weeks before your event to allow time for sample approval, any artwork adjustments and unexpected delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are quoted separately for each order and depend on the destination city, package weight and dimensions. Shipping costs will be clearly specified in your formal quote before you confirm the order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate after reviewing the claim.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet quoted delivery dates, delays due to courier issues, public holidays, weather events or force majeure are outside our control. We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as we are aware of them.
