Orders & Quotes

All pricing provided through our estimator or quote requests is indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in a formal written quote after review of your artwork, specifications and delivery requirements. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a formal purchase order or advance payment as agreed.

Artwork & Approvals

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or sufficient creative direction. Chhaap will send a digital proof for your approval before any bulk production begins. Once you have approved the proof, Chhaap is not responsible for errors present in the approved artwork.

Samples

Where a physical sample is offered before bulk production, the sample represents the materials and print method but may not exactly replicate production colour matching due to batch variation. Sample approval is required before bulk production commences.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each formal quote. Standard terms require an advance before production begins, with the balance due before dispatch. GST is applicable on all orders as per Indian tax regulations.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins subject to artwork and administrative costs. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on returns.

Intellectual Property

You warrant that you have the right to use all artwork, logos and designs submitted to Chhaap for printing. Chhaap accepts no liability for infringement of third-party intellectual property rights in artwork provided by clients.

Limitation of Liability

Chhaap's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
